      Pros

      The other employees (not top management) are friendly.

      Cons

      They overwork you. Their notion of work-life balance is false. There is no life balance. Expectations of you to change your vacation time after working everyday for 4 months at the beginning of the year because they want you to go to a client's office in the summer is ridiculous. Very bottom line driven. They fire people who work too much or too little, there is no rhyme or reason for all the firings, except maybe to them. After receiving an awesome review, I was let go because of poor performance. Does that make sense to you???

      Pros

      If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

      Cons

      Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
