Based on current circumstances of the company there's nothing like Pros left anymore
Cons
This company has no future for existing or any new employees. Last year company has done major firing at all levels as part of cost cutting drive due to lacks of projects As results this year company saw major attrition where large number of old and new employees have left the firm. All remaining employees are in look out for a job for better future and people are hesitant to join the company because new people can be in line of fire in next 7-8 month as they are easy prey. Be wise in choosing this company. Work pressure is immense with no room of mistakes else there is no excuse.. Be prepared for No Work Life Balance if one want to save there job. Be aware of favorites. Message to all my colleagues who still stuck there Best of Luck and move out quickly as possible.
