Eventually things got to breaking point but instead of helping they put me on disciplinary. I ended up off sick with stress related complications and during that time the company decided to not give me my contacted sick pay, only statutory. They did this without warning or communication. If your face doesn't fit the clique of the team they will make your life hell. Never work for them. Even if you get a good team they will turn on you if you ever have issues.
