The injection molding department along with all other associated HR, managers, supervisors, and team leaders are a group of misfits, Non caring, no one is held accountable for not performing their positions correctly. If a confrontational event happens it is just sweep under the rug and ignored. If you are a responsible and caring person and you verbaly express your negative opinion about the slackers you will be branded a trouble maker and will be terminated.
