      Pros

      Getting the worst experience was the best thing I got while working in RS2. I recommend everyone to work in this company once in your career. Everyone can learn how to make fool to clients and how to earn over time in RS2.

      Cons

      RS2 Malta is like a internet explorer which you have to use to download better browser. Everyone specially foreigners working in RS2 software plc Malta is using this platform to switch to better company.

      Dear Sir/Madam, Employees with a positive perspective and high commitment render a good fit with RS2 work culture and remain with the Company for a good number of years. Some employees in the early months of their engagement with the company, do not attain full appreciation of the opportunities the Company offers and certainly do not attain full visibility of the entire operations of the Company. How RS2 Group and the CEO deal in client relationships, operations and management practices is not correctly reflected in the comment.       Pros

      I enjoyed working at RS2 because it provided opportunities to manage a significant portfolio of enterprise clients and contribute directly to the company's growth. The role allowed me to apply your expertise in account management, customer success, and strategic planning. The ability to identify and cultivate upsell opportunities, drive customer adoption of products, and consult as a subject matter expert likely aligned well with my professional goals. Additionally, the opportunity to lead projects, track incidents to resolution, and ensure compliance with audit requirements gave me a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment in your role.

      Cons

      It was VERY hard to work with the Malta team. They didn't make time for the U.S. and were not very transparent with future projects/business plans.
