Large global solutions provider, has so much opportunity to be a market leader. Needs to look at culture as lots of unhappy people across the business.

Cons

Needs to look at the multi layers of management as it takes way too long to get decisions and politics are an issue. Lots of restructuring happening and redundancies under the new CEO. Focus on commercials and not people
