      Pros

      Great company with 10 hour work days, 3 day weekends.

      Cons

      I haven't found too many cons. I'm sure it depends on who you work for and what department your in. I suppose a con (for some) in assembly would be you have to get used to working in a dark room and have to wear full clean room apparel

      Great company that is growing and still has the small company atmosphere. Lots of knowledgeable individuals spread throughout the company.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck and you won’t break a sweat as long as you can tolerate drama, lies, and fake people.

      Cons

      Do the same job over and over working with people who have no idea what they are really doing although they pretend they do. Luckily management is clueless as well.
