Pros
Great teams, some really good people, sharp and great vibe.
Cons
Senior leadership only interested in themselves. They will lie to customers and let the team leads take the hiding for it. Notoriously a boys club who cover each others backsides while they shift from one goal post to another. Luckily, they are selling the business to Caterpillar, just in time before their products start to face too many challenges with advancing tech.
