      Pros

      Good community within the office, with a very flat management hierarchy, all of us can give our input and voice concerns easily. The office is very centrally located in a great area (Soho) with a nice working environment. The events we hold are amazing experiences with great variety in both types of event and clients keeping the work interesting.

      Cons

      Can be hard work and salary.

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible with alowing employees to work remotely. This is helpful when you have kids.

      Cons

      Over-work everyone, which leads to an office full of stress and anxiety. Not a collaborative environment. Hostile personalities. Will throw a fellow employee under the bus to save their own behind. Not a health working environment.
