Was great but now going down fast! - Anonymous employee RPM Mortgage Employee Review

All the executives that I considered "do-ers" have left out of frustration and have not been replaced. The majority of the remaining upper management are REALLY bad at their roles and take no ownership of any issue, can't/won't make a decision, do not back up their staff and often plagiarize other people's work to impress the CEO. Avoid working in Ops, I have seen pretty terrible things happening and layoffs are occurring regularly as they seem to be shriveling to nothing and/or preparing to sell. Avoid the Finance dept. unless you like untangling insane webs of years of mistakes, want to run on a wild goose chase daily and want to work under an insufferable "president".
