Pros
The people are all very nice. It's a family and close knit environment where everyone knows each other.
Cons
They are behind the times when it comes to vacation. You get 2-3 weeks of vacation where most places are "Time as you need it" or 4-6 weeks of vacation and sick time. Benefits are just okay, my prescription cost is higher than previous jobs I held.
