      Pros

      Literally nothing good about this place. Glad I quit when I did.

      Cons

      If you're a new recruiter they'll jump on your profile but then they'll swallow you up right after - make fun of you, test you and challenge your intelligence. Salaries are low, CEO is the WORST. He's a bully who talks about how much money he makes by charging unfair wages for the roles you're forced to work on. Constant micromanagement and comically bad treatment of staff. Beware - they use AI for their Google reviews - the good ones aren't real they just use them to boost their Google rating.

      Pros

      WOW I started a new job at RPI Consultants. I received a laptop, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and a headset before my first day. My email was also set up and they actually had an onboarding plan and schedule. By far the best onboarding experience I have ever had. I am feeling very fortunate to be joining a company that gives employees the tools, training and support needed to make them successful so that the company can be successful.

      small company mgmt staff very knowledgeable about Lawson software
