A place of favoritism and Phonies... - Plumber RPE Contracting Employee Review

I installed two separate mixing valves according to blueprints and schematics that I was given by a so-called Foreman that was intimidated by my very presence. He was so scared that I would take his job that he would give me assignments without the help or material to finish. Then put me on something else and report that I didn't finish what was devoted to me. After installing both mixing valves according to drawings, the foreman then called the site manager for RPE and told him I ignored his direction in installing the mixing valves and was let go and told that my project manager didn't see the craftmanship that I was hired for... go figure
