      Pros

      Fast promotions based strictly on performance. No caps to the commission and you have the opportunity to incorporate yourself in the business and they will pay for nearly everything.

      Cons

      Higher promotions depend on other employees success that you higher on. Can have some slow weeks like any other sale oriented job.

      Pros

      I have been with RP Management Solutions for a couple of weeks now and can honestly say that it is an awesome company to work for. Everyone here is always there as a mentor and as a shoulder if needed for any reason. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for.

      Cons

      Honestly the only con I can think of is the fact that it is business professional dress at all times. Being a recent college graduate, I don't have that many dress clothes, but that's all!
