      This place is great and terrible all at same time.

      Cons

      Expected to do work out side your scope. Not on paper but once your originating if you want anything to actually get done you have to do most of this yourself even when there are “teams” in place.

      we were allowed to work remotely

      Cons

      There was no training given. Manager was a micromanager. She always talked over us. We were never allowed to ask questions I told him. I was recommended for my hard work, and instead of giving me a raise they told me I would have a pizza party with the CEO and then he rescheduled. It was very unorganized.
