      Pros

      Only salary (which is anyway comparable with what some good companies in the same city offer)

      Cons

      Company & management values, turn over, lack of respect for the employees and customers, legal problems, rigidity, incompetence of most of middle & top managers, poor code quality. It's not at all a Swiss company, it's 99% a Romanian one. They have a real hard time to find developers or partners willing to work with them.

      Pros

      Mo has been super helpful and all company vehicles will go through him from now on. If you don't make him a company manager then my allowance for construction vehicles go to another company, or I shall hire this man personally. My company payout for liquid assets is over 150k a year. Either you help me or I will go to every computer before can allow me
