Pros
ROR is a smaller company, so it's easy to connect with people and feel like you're a part of something (rather than getting lost in a huge company). The company is growing quickly and there's no shortage of opportunities, so working here is very advantageous in that you can build up a lot more experience and have more of an influence than you would at a larger company.
Cons
Major decisions can almost be too democratic (too many cooks in the kitchen effect). Sometimes we need senior leadership to just make the call and expect the rest of the company to follow.
