Pros
ROR is a fast paced company that provides full transparency and is very supportive. This company is fully remote, but still provides team feels. They appreciate and recognize hard work, as well as growth. As a newer company they have a lot of processes and procedures that are being implemented, but all the changes lead to a stronger company and opportunities.
Cons
Work can be overwhelming at times, and long hours at a computer. Benefits are subpar, especially maternity leave and insurance - hoping as the company becomes more profitable this will no longer be a con and they will be more inline with competitors.
