      * Different groups in company have different goals * Deep tech, most people in company don't understand how we do what we do * Dependance on big players in the industry * Cultural mismatch of cool kids wanting to break things and explore & others who want job security and are scared to do that

      Pros

      Even though they scrambled a little for the past years with poor planning, it's a very good place to work. Everyone is committed to do their best and their product team is very good.

      Cons

      The teams across regions can feel a little disjointed, kind of on their own "islands".
