Skilled, knowledgeable and approachable international colleagues, including management. This makes: 1. integration easy (even as a foreigner) and onboarding fast 2. ability to learn a lot from colleagues in only a few months Overall atmosphere is result-oriented but with a chill workstyle. This company has great humour 😂.

Communication hurdles and a bit messy sometimes as the business is scaling and structuring, but all seem to go in the right direction.
