Good moral. Empowers agents to fix problems that customers are having. Good advancement opportunities.
Cons
Required computer setup (which took 20-50 min) to be done before clocking in (can't clock in until you are ready to take a call). That amount of time I was working before clocking in, including being on the phone with tech support when there were computer problems, really started to add up.
