A lot of cultural issues causing many people leaving continuously. CEO doesnt value HR much, seen as only admin with no strategic value, not part of the group strategy or leadership team, resulting in extremely high turnover in HR, and not much focus on employee happiness or engagement. No wfh policy, and a very inflexible attitude to parents with small children. Quite political in the upper layers of management, which can be frustrating.
