      Pros

      Awesome Presidential and Sales VP leadership. The people are a lot of fun and work hard. The product is one you can stand behind and feel great about the market share you are fighting for.

      Cons

      Small cancer cells at the middle management level have started to take hold under the radar. The empowerment vision had started to reverse itself in some key areas in the company which has caused an imbalance and the loss of some good people.

Changes and growing pains within the company have caused some challenges which have seen us lose some good people, however, we have also had the amazing opportunity to hire new talent across Canada and the US and are very confident in our group of employees.
