Pros

Most of the lower level employees you meet are outstanding people. CEO on a personal level is a decent person to chat with.

Cons

There is no consideration to any employees mental health. They have only now started promoting or even looking at their “mental health initiatives” so ignore the rubbish on their social media about them “continuously working on them”. Unless you want to get to your mouth dirty on someone’s behind don’t hold hope for a promotion or any recognition. The company actively pushes for “recognition methods” that promotes highlighting your best friends instead of the people doing the best work. The number of engineers to manage the workload in any technical department is no where near sufficient so fully expect to be drowned in work with no room to breathe. However if you’d like a pay rise that is easy, just try and leave and you’ll be sorted. Also you will see recent reviews of “greatness”, yeah they are fake to boost the CEO ego AGAIN. If you look at the rest of the reviews you will see the same pattern

Pros

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Cons

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.
