Pros

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Cons

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.

Pros

It's a job. I would agree with another review that you can get some experience in various systems due to the number of setups that the clients have but that's about it.

Cons

-At the time I worked ticket volume was in the 100s and getting worse. -Work stress was at a maximum, FRT staff regularly calling in sick. -Management treating staff like dancing monkeys. Closing a ticket and getting a sweet is not motivation. It was frankly offensive. -A massive blame culture. I was suprised how fast the system that should be used for giving kudos to your fellow workers was used as a threat and punishment. -Sending an email blaming your 1st level team for too much sickness and the ticket issue was beyond belief. I would say that it would even verge on illegal to send such an email and blame.
