Pros

There is some Flexibility with schedule .

Cons

The Culture at this job is a revolving door of lazy, unprofessional employees with the exception of a few. Many employees don’t return after a week or two. No advancement opportunities and the harder you work the more is expected of you. You work in a team which consists of employees from many different companies so everyone answers to someone different, and it’s a disaster. You work in various ShopRite supermarkets so the Company is at the mercy of Advantage and WakeFern. No real backbone to this company, and it feels more like you are working for a temp agency. You are a second class citizen who is second to all of the shoprite employees. There is no job security or protections in place for you as an employee of this company. They can put you to work at locations that are beyond the 30 mile radius you were hired for. You don’t get sick days or personal time. 28 hours a week is the standard hours offered to their employees in the field so you get no benefits. No official training and you have to depend on figuring it out. This is a Small company that appears to be barely holding their head above water. The owners treat their employees like numbers and don’t try to hide it. You can find some Fulfillment here if you enjoy being detail oriented. If you are the kind of worker that takes pride in your work and can’t stomach being associated with the kind of employees who have NO motivation, ambition, and common sense then don’t apply for this job. If you’re looking for flexibility and are desperate at the moment then this is the job for you. I encourage everyone to find an alternative company that does the same kind of work in your area, there are many

Pros

You will get hired. Guaranteed! That is the only star I gave.

Cons

Working with just anybody. Most reps from the company don't know the first thing about retail. The owner of the company Elizabeth Dubuss does not care about you, or what you bring to the table. If by any chance you are a good worker, and you try to leave her company, she will lie on you to the other companies so they don't hire you. While taking other companies workers . I resigned 3 times, and I still work there. This company will bleed you dry, and leave you with nothing to fall back on. The blackouts are the worst. Sometimes I have gone 2 months without a schedule, which means I had to deplete any and all savings just to stay afloat. I hate this job, and the people that so call lead are all drunks, liars and backstabbers. They will throw you under the bus in a second, if they thought it would benifit them. Yet all the while smiling in your face, borrowing your money. Smoking all you have. If you like being betrayed, work here. If not, then run as far as you can in the other direction away from this company. There are no benefits to working here. If you get sick or hurt you have to cover it. All of it!!! If your car breaks down in the service of this company, you are responsible for fixing it. You are responsible for all loses you take working for this company.
