Pros

The company was originally very mission-driven, with strong teams and talented people who genuinely cared about clients and product quality. Many employees remain hardworking and committed to doing the right thing for users.

Cons

- Frequent engineering changes have increased issues, operational instability, and avoidable rework. In systems that directly affect real users, weakening experienced oversight and continuity introduces risks that should be taken very seriously. Reliability, and expertise are not optional safeguards, they are essential to preventing serious real-world consequences.

Pros

A very clear 'why' - At ROAR, the true motivator was the impact of our collective work: Providing a safety alert device to an essential part of the hospitality workforce - underrepresented housekeeping staff. Company objectives and goals we very clear and easily accessible. The synchronicity among team members was fantastic and created a really safe environment to speak up, work, and learn together.

Cons

In the spirit of transparency & inclusion, there are always updates on almost every single aspect of the company. That's great but can get a bit overwhelming when everyone is wearing different hats and time is not always on our side.
