Pros

-On some weeks the pay can be decent -Some customers are truly a pleasure to interact with -Can be fun when it the stars align -I had a fantastic manager

Cons

- Corporate seems more interested in pointing the finger at it's staff than actually finding the solution to problems that plague their teams. -They are dismissive of criticism and disrespectful -Punish honesty -Provide an absolute nightmare of systems you have to interact with in order to do your job and threaten to replace you when you struggle to keep up with their demands. -You will be expected to answer the phone in the midst, of trying to negotiate a sale sometimes several times and be scolded by your fellow staff members and the management if you do not. -Base pay is not at all great and not competitive even with spiff -Spiff insanely low -You will have to navigate regulations that prevent you from doing the job that you were hired to do. -They listen to your calls and micromanage the things you say.

Pros

I've been management at this store. I was always there for my employees, I've worked in all positions before being management so I felt I was a good fit for management.

Cons

Most regional managers and other managers for stores need to work in all positions before becoming one, so they can see the hard work that all employees put in. Including working in the shop
