      Competitive pay and good hours. No saturdays off but off on sunday

      Cons

      Management is very nitpicky, will make up rules on the spot to make you look not good. Co-workers are fantastic and make you feel involved and will help when needed

      Pros

      I've been management at this store. I was always there for my employees, I've worked in all positions before being management so I felt I was a good fit for management.

      Cons

      Most regional managers and other managers for stores need to work in all positions before becoming one, so they can see the hard work that all employees put in. Including working in the shop
