The company really is one big family. There are open lines of communication all the way from the top to the bottom of the totem pole. I felt welcomed and like a strong contributor to the team during my entire time there.

Meetings could use more structure. They sometimes can become redundant. Other than that the overall experience is wonderful and I would recommend the company to anyone seeking employment in a retail consulting setting.
