      Pros

      They started off what seemed a great company. We were small and had several cookouts. Some of the peers made this company great to work at.

      Cons

      They grew way too fast way too quick. So many of the employees in charge are so brainwashed to think they are being fair when they are actually screwing over all the employees. They say they want your opinion and then get all offensive when you give it to them. You tell me your being fair and family oriented firing 1/3 of your employees right before Christmas. No one has your back when it comes down to it.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a company that cared so much for their employees. They care from a personal and professional standpoint. Part of our mission statement (we call it True North) states that we will "Sustain a safe, fair and family oriented culture." We always try to add value for our customers, employees, and company every day with every decision we make. I truly enjoy coming to work each day and look forward to new challenges that help me grow and succeed.

      Cons

      The only down side of working here is that we are constantly morphing and changing. I can't really say it is a down side though, since the changes we make are always pointing us in a better direction to make us all (and the company) an even better place to work and thrive.
