      Pros

      Potluck lunches, adjustable desks, free water and coffee

      Cons

      They give everyone the hard sell on the great company culture. They go on and on about how they only hire the best and how great they are, but senior leadership is a disaster! Most employees are seriously overworked and stressed. Management doesn't trust anyone to do the job they are hired to do and they have no clue what direction they are going. They have the worst longevity/turnover rate I've ever seen. They ask everyone that works there to leave a good review on sites like these, but the reality is that they have an increasingly bad reputation in the community because of how they really operate.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a company that cared so much for their employees. They care from a personal and professional standpoint. Part of our mission statement (we call it True North) states that we will "Sustain a safe, fair and family oriented culture." We always try to add value for our customers, employees, and company every day with every decision we make. I truly enjoy coming to work each day and look forward to new challenges that help me grow and succeed.

      Cons

      The only down side of working here is that we are constantly morphing and changing. I can't really say it is a down side though, since the changes we make are always pointing us in a better direction to make us all (and the company) an even better place to work and thrive.
