      Pros

      I am so impressed with RMS - the company, the vision, the team! The culture is amazing! Coming to work each day is like coming to a large gathering of family and friends. Everyone has complete ownership of their job and we all focus on what is best for our team members as well as the company and our customers. Its high energy. Your opinion matters! Being part of such a great company makes you want to do whatever it takes to be a contributing team member.

      Cons

      I know this will sound a bit strange, but sometimes I find it hard to go home at the end of the day because I enjoy my job so much... I could honestly just keep working.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a company that cared so much for their employees. They care from a personal and professional standpoint. Part of our mission statement (we call it True North) states that we will "Sustain a safe, fair and family oriented culture." We always try to add value for our customers, employees, and company every day with every decision we make. I truly enjoy coming to work each day and look forward to new challenges that help me grow and succeed.

      Cons

      The only down side of working here is that we are constantly morphing and changing. I can't really say it is a down side though, since the changes we make are always pointing us in a better direction to make us all (and the company) an even better place to work and thrive.
