Pros

I've been with the company for two years now, and it's been incredible to see how much has changed—especially in the past year. There’s a real sense of growth and forward momentum, and at the same time, the company has managed to keep its close-knit, family feel. What sets this place apart is the people. Our team is supportive, driven, and genuinely cares about one another. Leadership has made a real effort to invest in employees—not just through professional development, but in ways that make us feel seen and appreciated. From improvements to the benefits program, fun team-building activities to wellness challenges, surprise gift cards, and small gestures of recognition, it’s clear they’re paying attention to what makes a positive work culture. There are also lots of opportunities to connect on a personal level, whether it's grabbing lunch with coworkers, participating in a challenge, or celebrating wins together. It really does feel like more than just a job. If you’re looking for a place where your work matters, your voice is heard, and you feel like part of a growing team—this is it.

Cons

As we continue to grow, it’s important that we keep up the momentum around investing in employee development—not just in appreciation and wellness, but also in training, career paths, and mentorship, which is already apparent in the established of our new training academy. Interdepartmental communication has improved, but there’s still room to strengthen collaboration and visibility across teams to avoid silos.
