Pros

Before I started at RMO, I was at a firm where I wasn't challenged professionally or encouraged to grow. After my first interview with the founding Partner, Scott E. Rahn, I knew instantly, this is where I wanted to work. Once I started at RMO, a more senior level attorney became my mentor. This mentorship transformed my work product and leadership skills. Each attorney at RMO is well educated and known in the community as the best of the best. I am honored every week to collaborate on cases with such talented attorneys and staff. The attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, billing department, management and intake team at RMO are the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. If you’re considering an alternative career path, where you’ll have mentors, work on dynamic cases in a team environment, and most importantly, grow professionally, I highly recommend reaching out to RMO.

Cons

I do not have any cons.

Pros

Although our offices are across CA and TX - as well as some remote workers, RMO really makes it a point to ensure we stay connected. We have monthly firmwide meetings, we enjoy virtual happy hours with games/trivia, and the leads stay up to date with those under their umbrella.

Cons

Sometimes wish there were more opportunities for the Founder and Managing Partners to visit the other offices/staff.
