Pros
A small family-owned company that gets to know its people, and really cares. They show their appreciation with great work environments, a strong benefits package, a company Christmas party, and financial bonuses when the Company is doing well. They give back to the community and encourage employees to do so as well by offering 8 hours of volunteer time off each year. Senior management empowers employees to do their jobs, and take care of the customer.
Cons
The only real con is that we are struggling to hire as quickly as needed to fill the gaps as we are growing at a pretty fast pace.
