      When the 20+ year President stepped down, it was the beginning of the downturn. Good Ol' Boys Club, with one exception. There are only 5 voices in the company who are listened to, and the exception to the boys club seems to run the show from behind the scenes. Think of the Sr. Leaders as marionettes... she pulls the strings. #idiot
