Pros
They use the same set-up as most call centers but with the liberty of working from home providing a great work-life balance Very independent work, no micromanaging but manager is involved in resolving issues. Comp structure is ok, they do provide you with plenty of leads via internet and warm transfers. A definite change from churn and burn call centers I've worked in.
Cons
Operations is slow, processing and underwriting takes too long. Difficult to communicate with them real-time because operations is located in TX. Loans are taking 45-60 days to fund which is too long and borrowers often take notice. Not the cheapest in fees either and rates are not as competitive.
