Great experience working with different test methods, i.e Caltrans, ASTM, etc.

Hours fluctuate depending on how demanding the construction projects are

None - if I could give this company a negative stars I would.

Upper management doesn't care about who you are what you have to say or think. They will not give you the tools you need to be successful at your job. There is no training so if you are new to the industry I urge to try elsewhere. Whatever they teach you is wrong. VP of operations hires all of their family members to do absolutely nothing but collect a paycheck.
