      Pros

      New building. I had a brilliant team when I worked there. They have all left now. Good holiday allowance and able to buy more holiday, days.

      Cons

      There is a toxic work environment in the marketing department and in many other departments. There are regular rounds of redundancies, jobs are not safe at RM. Great employees are not promoted, meaning there is very little room for progression. Mental health is negatively impacted working here.

      Pros

      RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
