Pros
Overall RM is one of the best companies in Technopark. RM uses the best technologies for software development and follows processes religiously. In the last couple of years RM is ambitious about the growth unlike before. There are many employee friendly policies and benefits like educational subsidy, birthday gifts, medical re-imbursements, shift allowances etc. The team is very friendly with very less internal politics. Employees are recognised and treated with respect. Two appraisal and salary review in a year.
Cons
Some top management seems to believe process over people works all time, but that is a foolish thought in my opinion. Some senior employees has a lot of domain and application knowledge in their head which cannot be written down as a process anywhere. Salary hike in RM is like every other established companies and always increases a fixed percentage (which is very consistent and a pro). This will make the salary of senior employees far less than the industry standard after three four years and they are jumping out to get better salary which most of the other companies offer. Work form home was not permitted, now this has changed due to pandemic.
