      Pros

      Nice offices, mostly nice people, reasonable pay. Benefits package ok.

      Cons

      Not sure how RM are ranked as a top employer - they make large scale redundancies every other year! Come September, the rumours are rife about who is and who isn't going. So no job security at all. And always just before Christmas! Somehow - the boys at the top (who are clearly making all the wrong decisions hence redundancies) survive......

      Pros

      RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
