      Nice coworkers, very hospitable people

      Cons

      Training was okay. And they let you go with no warning. Hired me and less than a month later let me go after two employees quit. They said “We are letting you go because we are minimizing account executives” for no real reason.

      RLS has a fantastic culture and has blessed me with many opportunities to advance my career. I am grateful to be a part of a strong, growing company that still has that family-oriented feel.
