Pros

Flexible working, office snacks, wellness space, on-site gym.

Cons

There is widespread gossip, behavioural issues and favouritism. Managers are not true leaders—they think they can do and say whatever they want. Wellbeing is not taken into consideration as much as they talk on social media. Massive staff retention. People come and go.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

Our current leadership is among the best in the country. That drives great teamwork, customer service and confidence in what we deliver. I also love a hybrid environment with intentional in-person team time.

Cons

They are working on this, but advancement opportunities and better use of skills sets for persons with clinical quality backgrounds.
