      1. It is good experience working with knowledgable technicians and supportive managers. 2. Gain and benefit a lot only if you know what role you want to become. 3. Many have worked 10+ years, lovely team. 4. The company is growing & making changes to the good side. 5. Above average pay to the position, regular review and increase possibility.

      1. Need to perform EXTRA HARD to be NOT treated as a labour. 2. Self- training and mentoring. 3. Great place for people wants invisibility.

      Work life balance. Go to work on time and leave on time

      Cons

      Tough working environment. There is no proper lab, working environment. They basically just set up a table in the warehouse (which is super stuffy and dusty) and expect you to work there forever. Waste treatment is another level, basically you will wash off the cementitious product into the drain.
