Pros

The salary is decent and competitive.

Cons

No longer care about their clients, more focused on revenue than the proper care of employees and patients. The work load is too much and the support is too little. Practitioners take all the responsibility and liability and RKM does not provide appropriate training, support, or legal/professional resources. They have questionable practices and ethics. They are hiring some of the most unprofessional and unethical practitioners and losing some of the best practitioners due to their negligence. They are too focused on growing and not focused enough on supporting their growth in a professional and appropriate manner. The work load is too much and the administration laughs when confronted with the facts because they don't understand the pressure and stress they place upon their practitioners....they have lost sight of their purpose. They do not appreciate their employees and all are seen as easily replaced.

Pros

- Friendly, knowledgeable, engaged workforce - Great health insurance for employees - Generous retirement packages - High level of patient-centered care; continual observance of Best Practice guidelines - Compassionate administration comprised of former medical professionals and members of the local community - Multiple service types that communicate with each other to care for the entire person (Medical, Behavioral, Dental) - Multiple branches (11 sites as of this writing, not including school-based counseling) - Clean, organized, well-lit, professionally maintained facilities - High levels of HIPAA / HRSA / TJC Compliance - Occasional community involvement and outreach programs, including a summer camp for children - Diverse Board of Directors, some of whom are also patients

Cons

- Very busy schedules in certain departments - Few team-building / casual events - Third-party EHR / EMR support is weak (not their fault, but it can affect workflow)
