Pros
Great atmosphere with colleagues always trying to help. Decent working hours allowing for a good work/life balance. Good benefits package plus very generous holidays calendar and PTO, starting at 15 days and increasing to 20 at year 3.
Cons
Creative culture isn't what you would expect from a regular ad agency. This is perhaps due to the nature of the business (fundraising marketing) and the clients (nonprofits). Most of the employees work on the client service or back-end side of the business (data, media, etc.), so it's understandable.
