      - You have to work overtime all week, and sometimes they even call on holidays.

      Pros

      small company so things work faster. Financially good, MD having political back ground, Salary comes on time.

      Cons

      Staff is not enough educated, Team is very slow working process,HR policy need to change toward employee related leave.
