Worst Owner Ever - Anonymous employee RKA Petroleum Employee Review

Management will cut off their nose to spite their face. This is an "family owned" company, which should mean treat customers and employees like family. But what it means is, I own the company and I do whatever I want. I can work less hours than everyone and demand more from you. I can hurt customer relationships because I will not take responsibility for anything. I have never worked for anyone with an owner who treats people with such disrespect. There is a reason that the average life on an employee at this organization is less than 2 years.
