If you want to get your foot in the door about learning food safety in the pest control business this is a great company to start at. Medical, dental, and 401K plan available. You get a percentage on sales made. If you have degree in biology the company will train you in the field of pest control in the fid industry and pay for your classes and exam to get your state license to be a pesticide applicator.
Cons
When I was working there, somedays were longer then others. Some weekends had to be sacrificed. There's a lot of traveling/ driving involved, that can be seen as a pro to some. When someone goes on vacation that technicians work gets divided up on top of your own schedule. The company never seemed well staffed. Very little expectations of career growth or promotion opportunities within the company. They micro management time so much that getting overtime was a minimal as possible. Also there was a change in policy, instead of getting a percentage of an extra service job it was changed to overtime pay, I guess to put more money in the own's pocket. When you leave the company do not expect to get money owed to you for sales.
